FREE INTERNET for mobile phones

I've been thinking lately if I should share this over blog. I've been using this trick for a long time now so... maybe it's really the right time to share. :P

This technique will surely work because I am just sharing to you the setting in my phone.

---

  • First, create a new access point on your phone: Go to Settings; Connection; Destinations; Access Point.
Connection Name: CGI (or any name you want)
                           Data Bearer: Packet Data
                           Access Point Name: http.globe.com.ph
Then leave others on that page as is.
Click Options> Advanced Settings > and put this as proxy server address:

87.98.243.193 with 80 as its port.

UPDATE: use 98.143.159.247 port 80

Connection
Destinations
Add new access point

  •  Second, Go to your bookmarks and create a new one:

Just copy the address on this picture. Use CGI as your access point then click SAVE!
(You can change the URL at the end of this address <that is after the http slash> to go the site you want.
Example: http://t.globe.com.ph/cgiproxy/nph-proxy.pl/0/http/m.mobile9.com
However, this trick cannot browse on "super secured" websites like facebook. sorry:D)
UPDATE:
use this as bookmark: http://t.globe.com.ph/cgi/nph-ghost.cgi/01A/http/URL

NOTE: You must have an activated GPRS before you can do this.
To activate your GPRS, simply follow the instructions here.
You must have an account balance of less than 5php. (para di kainin load mo. lol)
    That's all folks! Enjoy!

OoopPssSS,, I almost forgot, set your web setting to ALWAYS ASK instead of automatic.
(WEB SETTINGS >  GENERAL > SET ACCESS POINT TO ALWAYS ASK)

    :))
