Nurse LiLy on Duty! :D

I wasn't able to post this blog yesterday because I was too tired to even open the laptop. hehe...

So, I'm posting it today...

Duty again.

Well, I was pretty productive today because I was the only volunteer in our area. ( + 2 staff nurses)

Aside from taking V/S, I was also allowed to give oral medications and do osterized feeding. (My first time without assistance. LOL) Feeding through a NasoGastric Tube is pretty rare in government hospital where I worked before.

Just to give you an idea on what I'm talking about, here is a picture of how osterized feeding looks like.

I just feel pity for the patient because...hmmm...it's confidential. (sorry XD)

And I can't imagine any of my loved-ones if they are in her condition.

"Lord, help her recover..."

TODAY

...I learned a lot.

Our staff today was different from yesterday. She allowed me to be more independent; thus, I learned! (or should I say, my skills were refreshed?) Could be both :)
I have always argued that change becomes stressful and overwhelming only when you've lost any sense of the constancy of your life. You need firm ground to stand on. From there, you can deal with that change.

I'm getting used to their set-up. Few more days and I'll be better! Watch out! hehe :))

...am missing someone. (konek?!) haha...

I'm crazy. @_@ Get out of my system!

...am dead tired. but happy.
