Year End Post

Hello people! Just a few updates before the year ends! hohoho!

But first of all, I want you to meet my baby; Yuki. :) I already posted about her few months ago HERE, HERE, HERE! She's growing fast. haha. At first I thought she's a HE; yun kasi sabi nung nagbenta. Anyway highway, I love her no matter what her gender is!

Yuki is very makulit and malambing. She loves being around people. She eats cheese, potatoes, hotdogs and a lot more. hahaha. She already had her first menstruation but I still have no plans of getting her pregnant. Not yet. :p

She wakes up early, and when she does, she would bark continuously to wake us all up! She does that so we can bring her outside 'coz she would pee or poop. Hmm. Bad or good? haha. Okay, that's all for now about her.

I already decided that I'll go back to duty starting tomorrow. I'm not quite sure if I'll be okay there because I still experience shortness of breath sometimes but, I"ll be in the hospital so why worry? haha... Besides, I only have 6weeks left before my contract ends.

Our chief nurse assigned me to the ER on 7am to 3pm shift. I just hope that tomorrow there'll be no cases of disarticulated fingers or other accidents caused by firecrackers. Otherwise it'll be a bloody day for me! Wew.

Few more hours and it's new year already! I cooked fishball sauce a while ago and I'm going to share with you my recipe! Nyum Nyum. :)

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup vinegar
1 small onion; minced
1-2 cloves garlic; minced
1 piece sili [or half]; cut into small pieces
1 tbsp sugar or as desired
1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in small amount of water

Procedure:
  • Mix all the ingredients except cornstarch in a saucepan.
  • Let it boil while stirring occasionally, then add the cornstarch.
  • Cook over medium heat until it thickens.
  • Voila! It's done.
You may add cornstarch [dissolve it in water first] or sugar depending on your preference. Enjoy the sauce. tahaha. :)
