My circadian rhythm had been so messed up since last week. I was so stressed due to lack of adequate rest and sleep. Aside from drinking coffee a couple of days (which I really have to give up now due to my heart issues), my own cushions and pillows didn't accompany me during the last few nights because we slept in my Aunt's house. Would you agree with me that those things plus a warm blanket are essential tools in achieving a good night sleep? Yeah? They serve as our "security blanket" as a whole during our most vulnerable state.
Now that we're back home, I'm hoping to regain my strength and energy by getting a lot of zzZZzzzzzsssss. How about you? I hope you're getting enough sleep so you'll always be ready for the mornings to come! :)
